The salesman I worked with (Bo) was professional, communicative and worked to get everything hashed out quickly and efficiently. I knew what I was looking for when I contacted them having done a fair bit of research beforehand but that didn't take anything away from their professionalism. I needed the bike delivered due to my work schedule and being in Winston Salem..they worked that out without a hitch and I received the red carpet treatment with the owner himself dropping off my bike. The service department was VERY helpful and had me taken care of ahead of the promised time. A welcome change for those of us tired of essentially "begging" an HD shop to touch a metric." "I had a Yamaha Extended Warranty on a 2016 Yamaha Super Tenere that had an intermittent cruise control issue. Interstate did a fantastic job of working with Yamaha to get the problem resolved. Even though the error code revealed multiple possible failure mechanisms, they replaced the 3 most likely components that would fail in that electrical system. After 1000 miles, so far so good. I have been getting my bikes and jet ski serviced at Interstate Cycle for years & have always been satisfied. Never any issues with the service provided or any reworks required. Highly recommend this dealership...9/12/19: Adding to this 5 star review, I recently had my motorcycle serviced at Interstate Cycle for non-warranty work. Valve clearance check/adjust, spark plugs replaced, throttle bodies synced, engine coolant changed, all brake pads replaced, and all brake fluid changed. Brian in service did an outstanding job preparing for and managing this service. Additionally, the service was performed very well and I have put almost 1000 miles on the bike since this service was completed.
